People with Christ’s mind

People with Christ’s mind

Glory to the Father, glory to the Son, and glory to the Holy Spirit.

Our Father, which are in Heaven, Hallowed be thy name, thy kingdom come, thy will be done on earth as it is in Heaven. Give us this day our daily bread and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who have trespassed us and lead us not into temptation but deliver us from evil, Amen.

There are many characteristics in a person with Christ’s mind. We will speak of a few, that help people live a unique, enjoyable, pleasurable, and blessed life.  A Christian, or person of God is not someone who speaks of Christ but someone who lives Christ. He who lives Christ, understands that in order to heal others, to help others, you must first heal yourself, otherwise it is just a matter of time that your ego or the person who asked you to be the healer to humble you. Today where lies have dominated the whole planet, the real truth looks like a lie and it fails to act, how much harder is it for this truth to become a way of life. But we don’t lose hope, because God is always closeby to whomever truly wants to change. Only when we are regenerated, will we become truth. It is very important for someone to live with regenerated people. God opened in front of us a door, a door that leads to life, let us not return to the same, because it is written, in 2 Peter 2:22, But it has happened to them according to the true proverb, “The dog turns to his own vomit again,” and “the sow that has washed to wallowing in the mire.”

It turns out that it is easier to break up the atom and release the energy that is concealed in its core than to get a fanatical, dogmatic person to understand God, and life. It is the same for a person who loses hope easily. There are people that cannot differentiate simple things. It is one thing to say that I do not agree with them and it is quite another for them to say that because I do not agree with them, I am criticising them. I don’t criticize anyone, I simply have another mission and I have to carry out different works.

People with Christ’s mind, don’t waste time feeling sorry for themselves, for things that happened to them, for their mistakes, for how things came into their lives, or how others treated them. On the contrary they take on the responsibilities of their actions and for the  consequences these actions have in their lives and they understand that life is not always fair and the reason being is because they themselves are not fair. Indeed it is written, in Matthew 7:2, For with whatever judgment you judge, you will be judged; and with whatever measure you measure, it will be measured to you. It is great to win in life but we should also learn to lose. We also see that for a believer you never really lose.  In Romans 8:28 it says,  We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, for those who are called according to his purpose.

People with Christ’s mind, are not slaves to others. They don’t allow anyone to take control of their lives or to enter into their lives. They don’t allow anyone to have authority over them. The Lord revealed in John 15:15,  No longer do I call you servants, for the servant doesn’t know what his lord does. But I have called you friends, for everything that I heard from my Father, I have made known to you. We should be friends with each other and not inferiors and superiors, but friends and humble beings.

People with Christ’s mind, are not bothered by what others think of them, neither do they feel bad when someone treats them badly, because they are idealistic, they have an identity and personality. (In English we would say that they are comfortable in their own skin). These people with the regeneration that was ensured to them by God’s Word, can control their own feelings, their weaknesses, their failures, as well as their successes. They can also confront difficult situations with wisdom, and correct them when they happen in their lives.

People with Christ’s mind do not try to avoid new thoughts or to change. On the contrary they invite every thought which serves for the good of man. They can easily make changes and are willing and flexible in all the situations to receive, whether it be positive or negative.

People with Christ’s mind have trained sensors and understand when it is the right time for them to make changes in their lives. They even know that change is inevitable and they believe in God’s wisdom, in God’s Word, and can adapt to situations easily. It can be seen that life and death is a game of words spoken. Learn to have Christ-centered and holy thoughts.

A person with Christ’s mind has secured for himself life through God’s Word, since he first learned to use the Word, and to manifest it through his works with a specific purpose, for his benefit and for the benefit of those around him.

People with Christ’s mind, do not waste their energy on things that they cannot control. For example, you will not hear someone who is “mentally tough” with Christ’s mind complaining about his job, about something he lost, about the traffic in the streets, about someone who criticized him, in a few words on anything that he cannot change. A person with Christ’s mind accepts everything. A person with Christ’s mind focuses on what he can control in his life.

People with Christ’s mind don’t try to be liked by everyone, they know that this is impossible, the reason being is that everyone’s spiritual level is different. They don’t try to persuade everyone to follow what they are doing, even the Lord did not try this, Jesus himself stated in Mark 8:34, “Whoever wants to come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me.”

People with Christ’s mind, imbued with Christ’s ideals, live in silence, they pray, they speak when needed and as much as is needed. They are not scared to say no to what they don’t like, or to express their opinion when needed.

People with Christ’s mind don't pressure anyone and they are not pressured by anyone. They try to be polite, charitable, hospitable, and just. People with Christ’s mind are not scared to do God’s will and to invest in love, charity, humility, peace, etc.

People with Christ’s mind, do not make quick and frivolous decisions and are not afraid to take risks when what they do is for God’s interest as well as in the interest of their fellow man. The reason why they are not scared to risk when needed is because they have estimated all the possible dangers that they will encounter if things don’t go well. They have calculated the worst case scenario. In other words, they do a good deed and despite all of that effort, they will be criticized. We know that the Lord as stated in 1 Peter 2:23, When he was cursed, he didn’t curse back. When he suffered, he didn’t threaten, but committed himself to him who judges righteously.

People with Christ’s mind, weigh the stimuli and situations that they receive before taking a big decision and are fully aware of the possibility of something turning “upside down”.

People with Christ’s mind don’t place great value in the past, because everything to them is a learning lesson. This helps them to acquire wisdom instead of stupidity, guilt, anger, and addictions to complex thoughts. They know that God forgives them and loves them. They don’t waste time thinking about how things could have been different. They recognize the past and try to learn from their experiences. They live for the present and design the future.

People with Christ’s mind do not repeat the same mistakes over and over again, at most they make new ones. They take responsibility for their actions and behaviors and learn from their mistakes. As they continue in their lives, they are making better decisions about their future.

People with Christ’s mind, recognize other peoples’ successes and always learn from them and study their wisdom.

People with Christ’s mind, never abandon when the going gets tough but fight and pray. If they lose, they don’t look at their bad luck as a reason to quit. On the contrary, they see it as an opportunity to mature and improve. They are willing to keep trying until they succeed.

People with Christ’s mind are not afraid of moments or periods of time where they are alone. They are not afraid to be left alone with their thoughts and use this time to study the wisdom of God in silence.

THE WORD OF MAN AND THE FRUIT OF THE TREE

               MATTHEW CHAPTER 7

     VERSE, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20

15) “Watch out for false prophets. They come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ferocious wolves.

16) By their fruit you will recognize them. Do people pick grapes from thornbushes, or figs from thistles?

17) Likewise, every good tree bears good fruit, but a bad tree bears bad fruit.

18) A good tree cannot bear bad fruit, and a bad tree cannot bear good fruit.

19) Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire.

20) Thus, by their fruit you will recognize them.

                 LUKE CHAPTER 13

                  VERSE, 6, 7, 8, 9

6) Then he told a parable: “A man had a fig tree growing in his vineyard, and he went to look for fruit on it but did not find any.

7) So he said to the man who took care of the vineyard. For three years now I’ve been coming to look for fruit on this fig tree and haven’t found any. Cut it down! Why should it use up the soil?

8) “Sir, the man replied, leaves it alone for one more year, and I’ll dig around it and fertilize it.

9) If it bears fruit next year, fine! If not, then cut it down.”

              MATTHEW CHAPTER 21

                  VERSE, 18, 19, 20

18) Early in the morning, as Jesus was on his way back to the city, he was hungry.

19) Seeing a fig tree by the road, he went up to it but found nothing on it except leaves. Then he said to it. “May you never bear fruit again?” Immediately the tree withered.

20) When the disciples saw this, they were amazed. How did the fig tree wither so quickly? They asked.

                  JOHN CHAPTER 15

             VERSE, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8

1) “I am the true vine, and my Father is the gardener.

2) He cuts off every branch in me that bears no fruit, while every branch that does bear fruit he prunes so that it will be even more fruitful.

3) You are already clean because of the word I have spoken to you.

4) Remain in me, as I also remain in you. No branch can bear fruit by itself; it must remain in the vine. Neither can you bear fruit unless you remain in me.

5) “I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing.

6) If you do not remain in me, you are like a branch that is thrown away and withers; such branches are picked up, thrown into the fire and burned.

7) If you remain in me and my words remain in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you.

8) This is to my Father’s glory, that you bear much fruit, showing yourselves to be my disciples.

                    LUKE CHAPTER 6

                    VERSE, 43, 44, 45

43) No good tree bears bad fruit, nor does a bad tree bear good fruit.

44) Each tree is recognized by its own fruit. People do not pick figs from thorn bushes, or grapes from briers.

45) A good man brings good things out of the good stored up in his heart, and an evil man brings evil things out of the evil stored up in his heart. For the mouth speaks what the heart is full of.

                MATTHEW CHAPTER 12

                VERSE, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37

33) Make a tree good and its fruit will be good, or make a tree bad and its fruit will be bad, for a tree is recognized by its fruit.

34) You brood of vipers, how can you who are evil say anything good? For the mouth speaks what the heart is full of.

35) A good man brings good things out of the good stored up in him, and an evil man brings evil things out of the evil stored up in him.

36) But I tell you that everyone will have to give account on the Day of Judgment for every empty word they have spoken.

37) For by your Words you will be acquitted, and by your words you will be condemned.

              MATTHEW CHAPTER 3

                  VERSE, 7, 8, 9, 10

7) But when he saw many of the Pharisees and Sadducees coming to where he was baptizing, he said to them: You brood of vipers! Who warned you to flee from the coming wrath?

8) Produce fruit in keeping with repentance.

9) And do not think you can say to yourselves, we have Abraham as our father. I tell you that out of these stones God can raise up children for Abraham.

10) The ax is already at the root of the trees, and every tree that does not produce good fruit will be cut down and throw into the fire.

                MATTHEW CHAPTER 13

               VERSE, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10

3) Then he told them many things in parables, saying: “A farmer went out to sow his seed.

4) As he was scattering the seed, some fell among the path, and the birds came and ate it up.

5) Some fell on rocky places, where it did not have much soil. It sprang up quickly, because the soil was shallow.

6) But when the sun came up, the plants were scorched, and they withered because they had no root.

7) Other seed fell among thorns, which grew up and choked the plants.

8) Still other seed fell on good soil, where it produced a crop—a hundred, sixty or thirty times what was sown.

9Whoever has ears, let them hear.

10) The disciples came to him and asked. Why do you speak to the people in parables?

               MATTHEW CHAPTER 13

         VERSE, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30

24) Jesus told them another parable: “The Kingdom of heaven is like a man who sowed good seed in his field.

25) But while everyone was sleeping, his enemy came and sowed weeds among the wheat, and went away.

26) When the wheat sprouted and formed heads, then the weeds also appeared.

27) “The owner’s servants came to him and said. Sir didn’t you sow good seed in your field? Where then did the weeds come from?

28) “An enemy did this, he replied. “The servants asked him. Do you want us to go and pull them up?

29) “No, he answered, because while you are pulling the weeds, you may uproot the wheat with them.

30) Let both grow together until the harvest. At that time I will tell the harvesters: First collect the weeds and tie them in bundles to be burned; then gather the wheat and bring it into my barn.

                   MARK CHAPTER 8

                    VERSE, 22, 23, 24

22) They came to Bethsaida, and some people brought a blind man and begged Jesus to touch him.

23) He took the blind man by the hand and led him outside the village. When he had spit on the man’s eyes and put his hands on him, Jesus asked. Do you see anything?

24) He looked up and said I see people; they look like trees walking around.

                   JUDE CHAPTER 1

                     VERSE, 12, 13

12) These people are blemishes at your love feast, eating with you without the slightest qualm—shepherds who feed only themselves. They are clouds without rain, blown along by the wind; autumn trees, without fruit and uprooted—twice dead.

13) They are wild waves of the sea, foaming up their shame; wandering stars, for whom blackest darkness has been reserved forever.

                   JUDGES CHAPTER 9

           VERSE, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15

9) But the olive tree answered. Should I give up my oil, by which both gods and humans are honored, to hold sway over the trees?

10) Next, the trees said to the fig tree. Come and be our king.

11) But the fig tree replied, Should I give up my fruit, so good and sweet, to hold sway over the trees?

12) Then the trees said to the vine, Come and be our King.

13) But the vine answered should I give up my wine, which cheers both gods and humans, to hold sway over the trees?

14) Finally all the trees said to the thorn bush, Come and be our King.

15) The thorn bush said to the trees, if you really want to anoint me king over you, come and take refuge in my shade; but if not, then let fire come out of the thorn bush and consume the cedars of Lebanon!

26) Then the man said, “Let me go, for it is daybreak.”

44) And being in anguish, he prayed more earnestly, and his sweat was like drops of blood falling to the ground.

25) You spoke by the Holy Spirit through the mouth of your servant, our father David: “Why do the nations rage and the peoples plot in vain?

26) The kings of the earth rise up and the rulers band together against the Lord and against his anointed one.

27) Indeed Herod and Pontius Pilate met together with the Gentiles and the people of Israel in this city to conspire against your holy servant Jesus, whom you anointed.

28) They did what your power and will had decided beforehand should happen.

29) Now, Lord, consider their threats and enable your servant to speak your word with great boldness.

30) Stretch out your hand to heal and perform signs and wonders through the name of your holy servant Jesus.”
